Title Dear X Spoiler
so at the end , what will happen ? she will live with new face and her daughter ? and what will happen to junseo??…
I see that you have interest in anti-female lead stories...
So here's your answers.

Yes, at the end of Dear X, Baek Ah Jin lives with a new face and her daughter in Hong Kong. The final encounter at the book signing event is the last scene and perfectly encapsulates the webtoon's dark, psychological themes.

Baek Ah Jin (Ah Jin): After her public downfall, she rebuilds her life in Hong Kong with a friend and gives birth to her daughter. An accident leads to her face being ruined, after which she gets plastic surgery and lives with a new appearance, completely unrecognizable. She delivers the ultimate, chilling message to Jun Seo: she is still a manipulator and her vengeance is a prolonged, calculated act, mirroring how he exposed her using her pregnancy.

Yoon Jun Seo (Y): He survives his suicide attempt and spends his remaining time attempting to atone for the numerous crimes he committed with Ah Jin against their victims. He writes a book detailing their twisted relationship and past, which he is signing in the final scene. He is left in a state of eternal torment and guilt, constantly haunted by the past and the reveal that Ah Jin inflicted a final emotional wound. He does not forget her; his life becomes about dealing with the aftermath of their time together.

Ah Jin was in a long-term, toxic relationship with Jun Seo. While she was about to announce her marriage at the time of the expose, it was likely to a prominent, wealthy figure (not Jun Seo), as a means to further her career and gain stability. She was using this as another manipulation tactic, as she had done with many other people in her life.

Jun Seo's Motivation: Jun Seo had been Ah Jin's loyal confidant and partner in crime for years, helping her manipulate people and navigate her dark past. He was deeply in love with her in his own twisted way and tried to "save" her, but eventually realized that she would never change and would continue to destroy lives.

Atonement and Breaking the Cycle: Jun Seo's decision to expose Ah Jin was a desperate attempt to stop her path of destruction and, simultaneously, atone for his own past actions and the guilt he carried. He broadcast her true sociopathic nature and crimes to the public to ensure her downfall, believing it was the only way to end their toxic entanglement.
The act of exposing her while knowing she was pregnant was a brutal, but calculated, part of his plan to completely ruin her life, reflecting the depth of their fatal relationship. The subsequent guilt he felt led to his suicide attempt and later attempts at making amends to their other victims. The ending highlights that the betrayal was the only way he could break free, even if it meant a lifetime of torment for both of them.

Kim Jae Oh (Jao): While not present in the absolute final scene, his role earlier in the story is significant as he develops a fierce, protective loyalty to Ah Jin. His character serves as another pawn in the complex, abusive relationships and manipulations that dominate the narrative. His ultimate fate beyond his involvement in the main arc is less explicitly detailed in the final moments, as the focus shifts entirely back to the dynamic between Ah Jin and Jun Seo.

The Bookstore Scene: This is indeed the very last scene. It is a powerful and unsettling conclusion, leaving no room for a "happy ending" or true redemption. Ah Jin is still the "final boss" manipulator, and Jun Seo is left to live with the consequences and his guilt. It's a deeply psychological ending that emphasizes the cyclical nature of their toxic relationship and the absence of a clean resolution. The "betrayal" by Jun Seo was his way of trying to absolve himself of his own crimes, but it ultimately bound him to Ah Jin forever and her final act of revenge.

WELL I'LL STILL POST THIS COMMENT AS WITHOUT SPOILER WARNING FOR TEASING 😛

""Prevent your mind by having this hollow feeling if your watching this crap.""
Just see some good stuffs not this crap.
""This pathetic drama and this so called female centered story which at last gives nothing, only void and hollow feeling.""

'Just read and drop this crap'

Baek Ajin's Downfall: The story culminates in top actress Baek Ajin's career being ruined after her manipulative and cruel past actions are exposed by Yoon Junseo ("Y"), her lifelong companion.
Escape and New Identity: Heavily pregnant at the time of her exposure, Ajin flees to Hong Kong with Jae O. She gives birth there and guess what abandon her child and Jae O also. She lures with a rich man who already has daughter which causes an accident for Ajin, disfigures her face, she undergoes plastic surgery and assumes a new identity.
Yoon Junseo's Actions: Guilt-ridden over his own past crimes and his role in her downfall (and the mutual use of their daughter as leverage), Junseo attempts suicide but survives. He then works to atone for his past actions against other victim. He wrote a book about his story with Ajin which result in Ajin's downfall citing all her past actions.
The Final Vengeance: Ajin, with her new face and identity, having the final word. She sends her young daughter to Junseo's book signing event to get an autograph for her "mom, Ajin". This is her ultimate, chilling act of vengeance, using their daughter to emotionally manipulate him, just as she felt he used the pregnancy to expose her.
