The romance in this one was understandable when you compare it with when the camellia blooms. Like ML falls in love with her for no reason but they carried the Romance part better in that one.

Idk about the must watch part. But yeah if you like Zombie Apocalypse shows you should watch this. If you liked Happiness, Train to Busan or the western show The walking dead, You'll like this as well. Since it's a thriller it'll keep you hooked throughout the show.
