i had a little expectation from this considering the synopsis, but first few minutes itself destroyed everything i expected from this. Cdramas just aren't for me unless they are directed and produced on a higher level. This feels like it's made for 14 year olds.

These above dramas will probably be enjoyed by almost everyone. I didn't mention my personal biased opinion dramas.

wtf.... what BS is this. "MEDIOCRE ACTING" What??????????????????? God people need help. i could have slightly pretended to understand anything else but this is just absurd.

i thought the same thing after the first episode. it's really giving a similar feeling. this ain't for me.

trying this for the 4th time. lately historical dramas have been going a little decent for me. hopefully i will get past the 2nd episode this time..
edit: i am dying of anxiety whenever 2nd ML approaches FL or his wife. It's disturbing even though he hasn't done anything yet. idk i can't watch this. idk how people like this to so much extent. not sure if i will ever watch this again.
edit: if someone knows please tell me about the character of 2nd ML. Are FL and 2nd ML interested in each other?.... maybe if i clear the confusion i will give it a go again.

Also it was pretty obvious that our ML wasn't responsible for her grandmother's death. I was doubtful from the moment he didn't want FL to go to the Palace. I became sure when it was revealed that eight foot spirit is related to fire, because grandma caught fire before falling into the river/sea/lake whatever that was.

the reason they give sibling energy is because of the positions they hold. So they behave strange with each other. They are not bound by any law while talking to each other which makes them free. Yoon Gap could not have the same synergy with King because he was King's vassal despite them being so close to each other.

yeah this is explained quite a lot of times from the beginning. idk how people miss such important plot points. like seriously it makes me question if they are watching the same drama or not.
{P.S. I am genuinely confused why people miss these obvious and very important things, this comment was not meant to belittle anyone.}

The reason this isn't horror is because of the background music and noise. In horror dramas/movies sound plays a big role in making it look horrifying apart from disgusting makeup. But i am pretty sure the makers of the drama didn't want this to be horrifying that's why there's no horrifying sound in this. The makeup alone just makes the ghost look disgusting not horrifying. Some people confuse "disgust" as "fear" so they find this horror. Like you said there are no tags of horror or thriller on this so it wasn't meant to be horror to begin with. If this was horror, trust me I would have been the first one to drop this drama.

Ngl there was a chance of killing the final boss and yet FL interfered (not her fault). In some other timeline ML's brother killed the final boss (without anyone knowing that who actually was the final boss) and everything got solved easily because FL was late in interfering.
P.S. i love this drama.

So true. this is exactly the reason why i am enjoying this so much despite this being a historical drama with royal family problems.
