well my memory is also very weak. if it's not something my mind mark as very important i will forget it within a few days. this works both ways it makes my life easy and hard depending on the situation.

like i said depends on a person, for me that's a storyline progress since it enhances both Jae I's and Seul Gi's character and their relationship. the plot is literally about them being friends or more than friends, and also about what happened to her dad.

ikr. i mostly avoid news to save myself from unnecessary depression. ignorance is bliss. but sometimes i still get to know these disturbing things through family/friends/dramas etc.

it depends on what you think about progress in a drama/story. i could give you 10s of points about the storyline but that's because every little moment counts as progress for me. I was personally sold on this drama the moment Jae covered Seul Gi's ears in the closet. That whole closet scene was so good for me....

guess what humans are absurd. you have no idea what they are capable of.

well keep watching then. maybe it will change your opinion after some episodes.

not every good drama hits with every person out there. it's ok if you aren't enjoying this.

yeah korean dramas have been doing these exaggerating things in school dramas for a long time. At this point i am kind of concerned that this might be happening in korea in reality.
Also while i haven't heard of students doing this in India, a lot of students do commit suicide because of JEE/NEET results. It's not like that's any better.

Yeah. It isn't totally unnecessary tbh but i think they did it to increase the length of the drama and to add some NSFW scenes for fan service. They could have just added some scenes of Jae I and Seul gi together, they didn't have much screentime in 5th ep.
