I think K might be his father who might have died while saving others. His current family is not his real family.
Seeing how K fell for the FL i don't think it's his father's personality, and seeing how K behaves whenever Su Yeol's past is involved i don't think this personality is inspired by anyone. It's just an other part of his own self which resurfaced in this split personality.
