This article is really good! I used to have a hard case of NDD (maybe it's because I was too stubborn to quit). Reading this made me think "Why am I wasting time watching something if I'm not interested in it? Why am I forcing myself to watch this and wasting my time?". You are spot on about the favorite actor/actress thing too. I try to watch them no matter how bad it is.

For me, the middle part is really drags a lot, so I would recommend skipping some of it and reading the summaries of it online. It gets better in the later part of the season.
