Yay, it's part comedy! Shaun of the Dead is still one of my favourite zombie movies. Looking forward to the change of pace from the standard Korean zombie flick. I would have watched it either way but this a nice surprise
I just get annoyed each time at the second princess. she's like one huge big obstacle for everyone. she never…
Agreed. I knew she was going to be annoying. Pretty sure the actress has played this personality before. I wish we didn't have to go through this confusion of identity nonsense. I 'm only on episode 12 so maybe it won't last...ㅠㅠ
Lol! The first fight against the beast, the exhaustion, the annoyance, and the laughter are fantastic. The three guardians are great together and the sorceress lady fit in well too, haha
Right up my alley with the slapstick style comedy! Also after being unable to finish the last drama I watched with Dylan in it (not his fault). It's nice to see him show more emotion than "CEO" lol
This is right up my alley, I love it so far! The first season was my first kdrama back when it came out and is still one of my favorites today. It set the bar high because I love a good action comedy, unfortunately, for me, most Korean comedies are romantic comedies (which can still be great).
I enjoyed this quite a bit. Ji won's character for the first couple of episodes, and most of the few years they were married (presumably) was more like an alien's interpretation of how a human behaves, lol. She became a real human shortly after the "news". I enjoyed her character more from that point on, haha
Didn't realize you also had this list. I love you "no breakup" list, I reference it all the time when I want to watch a drama without much angst or a breakup. Good to see there is a do NOT watchlist now as well, haha. Although I have to admit that I loved "one and only", and "touch your heart" is a bit of a guilty please of mine. I skipped the breakup episode on my second and third watch
It was so good. The acting is great, the fight choreography is solid and easy to follow. I'll definitely watch this again at some point, except maybe the kid computer wiz parts, lol
Started watching for Esther and I'm really enjoying it so far! Esther's character seems like it was made for her! And I have to say, I'm happy Xu Kai is allowed to emote more than a brick wall in this one, haha
Liking it so far (Ep 8). Love Wuxia for the martial arts. I find the fighting in this one fairly entertaining, considering it's pretty chopped up.
Ren Xin says something along the lines of "there is no true love for people like Ning and me". I kind of hope that ends up being true. Something like they both end up having a deep affection for each other as martial artists and partners. Maybe even some love on a certain level but not lovey dovey, hug hug kiss kiss swoon...lol. This is mainly because she actually said it and I think it would be interesting to keep that characteristic. All that being said, this may already be destroyed because I am only 8 episodes in, haha
She's a couple years away from 40. She is making adult decisions, good or bad, it's up to her. She will either be okay or not okay after this, we'll just have to wait and see.
😃 modern love romance indeed... people now cannot live without their phones these days...I wonder if this can…
Lol It's all good, I'm not someone who is too harsh on dramas. There is obviously an audience for the ML, FL or both to have the inability to act like normal humans, haha. Instead they play cloak-and-dagger and lie to each other. I just tend to skip watch these if I like the actors. Bailu!
In this case I agree, listening to her friend who obviously has no idea what she's talking about is actually kind of funny, lol
I didn't get the butterfly part. Could you please explain it?
Perhaps, perhaps. Or maybe the butterfly has disguised itself as one of the background characters in order to get to know the customs of that time period. =)
Oh this is going to be interesting! A story about a contemporary butterfly that gets trapped in Bai Lu's Novel about ancient China. It will be interesting to see how it handles the hardships of those times.
As for the sub plot. Editing this part. If I am right, there was a bit of a cheat in the first episode. So am I now looking forward to a good old battle of wits!
Also still no update on the butterfly's journey. Keeping my eyes peeled!
Lin An is still insufferable

Definitely a skip-watcher (only watch certain scenes per episode) for me
A ban on reincarnation seems a bit odd
