We're aware of the issue and I just wrote a little article explaining what's going on. Hopefully that answers your question.

So we found out the issue was and it was just code that has been on our site from day one. We have asked google to review the issue, but it will take them up to 1 day to review it and remove the malware warnings. Pretty much, it was a false positive, and there was 0 danger.

Yeah Jin and I are working on fixing the issue. We believe it's a false positive caused by an ad.
