Jigoku Shojo (Hell Girl) has some similar elements, I think. A mysterious girl punishing people for their wrong doing. Although it's heavy on the supernatural element. It has a manga, anime, and Jdrama :)

I watched from SARS way back when I first got into dramas. They're awesome! I'm grateful for all of the subbers. <3

I started this recently without realizing it was him until looking up the cast. The rest of the cast are some that I have seen elsewhere and loved. He's a pretty good actor too. Too bad he's so good at acting he fooled us into thinking he was a decent human being. I was so disgusted when I read those articles. :(

But I will support the rest of the cast of this drama! From what I've seen, they are portraying their characters so well. :)
