Not the anime, was it good?
I have heard of that movie. :)
Oooh Doubles sounds interesting. Is it currently airing?

Right now I'm really enjoying Nodame Cantabile. I also watched the first 2 episodes of Harvest Villa and it shows a lot of promise. :)
How about you? What's been good to watch lately?

lol!
I hope you find something you like. Kimi Ni Todoke is definitely good when you want to watch something sweet with very little drama. It's a nice show to watch when you need to relax. :) Same goes for Aria. It's almost soothing to watch it.

lol You have very lovely collages though. ;) I just saw a wall of text and thought...too much scrolling. Removing the extra spaces made it less annoying (to me).

Yes, but the genre also includes Godzilla, Kamen Rider. Basically anything that has very recognizable styles of special effects and the type of action that accompanies it. ^^
I love Power Rangers and Kamen Rider. And we all know I love Zilly. :p
I really enjoyed Kimi Ni Todoke. I also really enjoyed what I have seen so far of Aria and Ai Yori Aoshi. :)

I've watched a couple of really good slice of life anime, but not a lot of dramas in the same genre. XD
I also think I should watch more Tokusatsu. I definitely have a fascination for movies and shows with cheesy special effects. lol

Ahh I think I should watch more of the slice of life genre as well. I was going through the various genres that I have watched and noticed some that I am lacking in.. lol PErhaps this will help me to completely get over my funk.

I actually haven't seen that one yet. I'm open for Uni dramas as well. I think Nodame counts as Uni/school drama too.

lol Thanks. Hopefully there will be something else.
Yeah, I am beginning to worry that I've seen all the good school dramas. I'm determined to search for more!
Oh My, this drama! I can't believe that I forgot to add it to my list, it was one of my first detective dramas…
Yeah, I had a feeling it would be necessary to start at the beginning. Darn! I hope I can find it subbed. lol

I have seen that one. I loved it. :) I wonder if there are any other school dramas that have a similar dark feeling to them. (other than White Christmas, which I saw last year)

haha Oh dear. I hope I haven't steered you towards any bad dramas. >.<

Have you seen any of the other seasons? I was curious about whether or not it's necessary to watch every season or if there isn't a lot of continuity...

Well at least you are really happy with what is keeping you busy. :) Not a lot of people can say the same. Prep work? Are you out of school right now?
I will be working on Halloween. It sucks, but that's the way it's been these past few years. lol Perhaps I can celebrate it on a different day.

It did take me at least a month to finish each book at the time....I kept having to recheck them out from the library due to Battle of the Books taking up most of my reading time. They require a lot of focus and dedication. lol

haha Yeah, I think I stopped reading about a quarter of the way through. I definitely plan to finish it soon. I have the first book sitting on my shelf! I get what you mean. There have been book to movie adaptations that just sickened me. I also am boycotting the movie for the Cirque Du Freak book series. I saw the trailer. If a fan of the book series can find 50 things wrong with the minute long trailer, you know you failed to make a good movie... *growls and grumbles
Aww I hope that you will some day get through Lord of the Rings. It's definitely a difficult one. I got through the first two and half of the third in middle school...I have a bad habit of leaving my favorite book series unfinished for long periods of time (obviously, it's been a decade and I still haven't finished >.<) I hate saying good bye to my beloved characters.

To be continued, stupid character limit...
