i finally got myself to finish this drama and the ending is so beautifull, the entire drama was really deep and huai'an as a character was something else, cheng yi also played him perfectly, i cried maybe a bit too hard tho...

At Ep25 , i still feel , this should have been 50+ episode drama. it has so much meat and i feel so much chopping…
it would be super boring if it had 50+ ep, i watched many drama's that had this many episodes and you would get really tierd of it after like 40, especially with a drama like this

if you like cheng yi i recommend you mysterious lotus casebook :D its a beautifull drama and i loved it so much, it also is kinda sad and the character may be tragic but cheng yi portrays him soooo well (as a cheng yi fan since love and redemption)

the fsmm series always had lots of side stories that were not focused on the main cast but also the supporting characters, not to mention that most of the characters die by the end of the drama's but shh...

Ignore the unfair rating...The drama is very good and the performance of the actors is great. I loved it
the only minus about this drama, and in fact the entire fsmm series is the plot dragging, like i loveee all 3 BUT i've skipped so much and mostly shortened so many episodes i watched it way faster than i should, because many scenes are so hard to watch, also the plot is always sad and dramatic and you WILL see your favs die sooner or later...
