Whew finally managed to slog through the final few eps despite the paper thin plot and most annoying villain Iāve ever seen.
Itās a testament to the chemistry of the main couple (and the second couple) as well as the likability of the individual performers that I was still invested in their ending. LXYās characters always treats his FLs so well and HYX was simply adorable. I enjoyed just watching their interactions whether itās making moon eyes at each other or simply chit chatting lol. The CGI and OST, while not particularly outstanding, worked well to create a romantic vibe.
Despite the reshoots I didnāt really notice any evidence of digital tampering or differences due to aging. Weāll never know if the constraint impacted the way they were able to tell the story. Iām just amazed they managed to stretch this to 40 eps!
