I think it’s usually Reunion by Li PeiLing, but ep16 was Miss You For A Long Time by Xian Zi? But I could be wrong, need to rewatch.

I’m glad this show hasn’t attract all the fandom attention yet. The comment sections of TSOPG and LGIEF were so toxic while they were airing.

I get both POV actually. I compare this a lot to shows like SOKP, TD and TRON which also have element of rebirth/revenge plot. While this show brings its own distinct qualities and is enjoyable to watch, the plot and editing has been quite jumpy especially in the latest few episodes compared to the shows I mentioned. Those shows really excelled in progressing the story through mini arcs that build the plot step by step while bringing the audience along the journey. Most importantly the mini arcs also make live watching 1/2 eps a day more enjoyable.

It’s been a 2 weeks wait for new ep in When The Phone Ring so far due to political situation in SKorea. Waiting for 2 ep everyday is almost sweet relief 😅
