Sadly I agree with you. First sister had such a great setup as a character but the couple itself didn’t work for me. It felt like they never had a proper meet cute before all these makjang tropes got thrown in. It was the only arc where I wasn’t looking forward to new ep as I never knew what random development will come up.

This is one of the most awesome 2FL I’ve ever seen in kdrama. She deserves her own drama.

I remembered watching ML in City Hunter and FL in Rooftop Prince all those years ago. They still looking pretty good after all these years, dare I say better than ever.

This is like watching Bridgerton on fast forward lol

She’s not getting much screen time so far which is a shame, she was so good in some short drama I’ve seen.

This drama kinda reminds me of Stephen Chow’s HK comedies. I can’t think of any other cdrama where everyone is just clowning around.

These early eps look to be too intense. I think I’ll just skip them until the whole abuse arc is over hopefully, just like I skipped the beginning arc in BCE 😢

I like WHD, TXW and ZMY individually and I think they can be a really chaotic combo, but so far the humour in the show is not landing for me, and I FF through the mistaken identity eps so far.

Agree 100%. The only thing I prefer about this version was the ML, the show made him more approachable and likeable, everything else, the original was next level.
