gurl remembers any slight lol but I don’t blame her given the challenges she’s faced in her life and in the past 3 yrs in particular. drama has shown any character she’s mean to has crossed her in some way whereas she’s civil to other co workers.

my opinion is lack of communication is just the symptom not the root cause. communication is two ways and need a foundation of trust and respect, give and take. from day one until now ML has been incredibly dismissive of FL as a person, an employee and a lover. and FL by virtue of starting at an imbalance power dynamic has been on back foot since the beginning in trying to be ppl pleaser and kept digging deeper by folding repeatedly in any argument. does it matter who is right who is wrong or who is red, they r just toxic for each other at this point.
