Since you don’t like that emotional roller coaster,I will suggest movies that doesn’t dwell much into that but rather extraordinary and exciting. -Hidden figures, the imitation game, parasite, green book,12 years a slave,the Danish girl,Little women,etc. There’s many more. Do try some of this first,I’m sure you will fall in love. Korean movies are really good, it’s so freaking real that I get fed of their unrealistic dramas. But it’s so real and that’s why it’s so haunting to the mind.You won’t stop crying and feel the reality sinking in especially -Silenced, Hope. Watch these when you want to let your tears out. But I can also tell you two dramas which you would absolutely love considering you want to laugh as well -Go ahead and Mr. sunshine. Go ahead is definitely for you. Do watch it.

No no I didn't mean it that way, your reasons are valid. I’m just saying not everybody here thinks it’s a masterpiece because they like emotional angst only. I hope they have happy moments as well in next part but also wish it won’t be ordinary like the rest of the series and still have that element of uniqueness and surprises in every episode.

I didn’t take it your way because Oh himself was already working hard since the start,its just that he couldn’t achieve it like Teh and he didn’t have the guidance Teh offered before. For the emotions you stated,there’s already Teh and Bas to make him feel so. There’s another valid reason why I say so,remember when Teh talked about kissing tarn even before the knee scene? Oh already started behaving strangely again,that awkward stare.So its like everytime Teh talks about be being close to Tarn,Oh looks different. But he actually started to accept it only after the hair boat incident.

If I can defer from the opinion you have about the other viewers. I get why you feel so and that you think people here like angst and is able to deal with the extreme emotions this series sends. This might be me only but honestly these days with everything so depressing in reality, I was looking for more fun ,light hearted series/movies. Don't get me wrong, I'm that person who is addicted to watching deep,sensational,meaningful award winning movies. Watched almost every other oscar winning movies, I like every genre. But the main reason why I love this series is because of the whole package of emotions it has brought to us. Every other noun that describes emotion literally,laughter,sadness,tears,anger, wearing mom’s dress dramatising infront of the mirror,fighting with friends for life over a game,the childhood innocence,self-doubt about my studies,the butterflies when I first fell in love, the atmosphere,everything brought my old self alive in every other scene. The whole point of it being an lgbtq termed series doesn’t even relate to me since I’m straight yet I can feel all the emotions because it had every other element of reality engraved . I was there with them literally. Though I do agree it might not be everyone’s cup of tea.

OK here in case anybody didn't notice it yet,I will clarify this. Oh already started developing feelings for Teh unknowingly,in the sense that he felt strange like Teh as well. The evidence to that is when Oh asked Teh if he could study with Bas on call,they talked about what they liked in their significant other. In that when Teh talked about Tarn,it is clearly evident in Oh's facial expression that he felt sad. Many of you might have missed it,go and rewatch this scene. I started to know that Oh actually developed feelings from this scene.

Their documentaries really gets to me. It makes me emotional. The more I see the documentaries,the more I want P'Boss to direct the 2nd part as well.

I'm telling you even God wanted this series to be perfect and he wouldn't have it otherwise. Isn't it just so magical that the sun shows up right on time like it had a responsibility to fulfill? Everyone including the nature worked so much on this series to bring it to perfection.

I’m happy you feel so. Yeah indeed,ordinary would be the right word.I usually don’t like cliche dramatic scenes,I refrain from watching repetitive storylines,it gets boring. So I can’t expect what more they will add to put it into perfection after how well they ended part 1.It shouldn’t be just coming out to parents and stuffs. I need more material to fall in love with it all over again.

True. I can’t help falling for the faces PP makes and Billkin’s dimples. No offence to others but literally everyone be wagging for Brightwin couple these days but honestly for me I have never felt addicted to any BL /lgbtq presenting actors as BKPP. That being said, I fell into their pit not because of their looks or any other factor but only their acting and simplicity alone. They are second to none in my list.

I just hope the new director will be able to bring out the same emotions and craving unlike other university series which makes it look like the only thing they do is be in a relationship and take part in activities. I wish for it to outdo the 1st part though university life in other series always kinds of puts me off,it’s fun to watch at times for the comic part but cringey mostly and unrealistic.So I can’t help having my doubts.

If I can point this out since I have been spamming the comment section anyway,made an account just so I could follow the comments to this series. Putting every other aspect from cinematography to music to story aside, I can't help calling out to the makeup artist who made them look so natural like average people. And how when they don't go to school,they kept their hair down and unkempt which is exactly how we live and even celebs actually do. They don't look plastered with foundation or painted with red blood on their lips ( sorry to say but that's not real). And above all not the looks of the actors but rather how they cared less of looking handsome but focused on acting raw and natural when the scene demanded like e.g. Bilkin crying with snot and tears all over. It's the real deal,the real talent. That's the reason why we can feel all the emotions Iike as if we are living through that same moment.

Like I said,I truely believe they must have left it for part 2. As in we haven't had the actual finale yet.I hope so since they need more content to satisfy us and cross the bar part 1 has set.

I get you. We want to feel those feeling s put into words to feel they really thought of it that way, the viewable evidence rather than us trying to put meanings into the plot and coming up with our own understanding. It feels frustrating and incomplete that they don't spell it out. But I truely believe they left all those loving emotions and words expressing love to each other for part 2. I hope so since it would need more content to satisfy us enough and cross the level part 1 has set which I doubt. Haha.Fingers crossed.

I see that people feel the ending to be sort of not satisfying enough after the drama they went through on twitter and here as well,it feels abrupt. I myself felt it. But if I try to understand and analyse how they proceeded to end it this way,it all makes sense. This is honestly just my own thoughts on the subject(free to think otherwise) if I can help change your views as well. To me,the directo/writer has thought and planned it very well and meaningfully. They fell out,couldn’t approach each other and stopped talking completely. But during these days,they also realised how important they were to each other and wish the best no matter where their relationship stands. Here comes why Teh had to definitely keep his promise of running with Oh. They showed how imp Oh is to him,the fact that he still encourages his success and also the responsibility to keep his word of running together. They ended the scenes of Bas and Tarn beautifully with tears and hugs,anything elongating the story about them would destroy the emotions we felt when they both let them go. As for the end,Teh already accepted to his bro that he likes Oh,so when finally Oh wishes Teh remains in his life no matter what,he confesses. And that ends everything perfectly. The rest of the story like how they should show more feelings or confess more properly or give more passionate stares,etc ,I believe the director has intentionally done that so that we look forward to part 2 to see those raw emotions. Ending it too perfect won’t make us look forward to a new series. Honestly we would have not been satisfied if it was sad and burnt nadao and we still don’t feel satisfied if it ended well because all those feelings we went through feels like it’s blocked with happiness abruptly that the sadness is just stucked there,we always want something more,after all human heart is always greedy.

I get you. I think it’s Oh realising that having Teh,getting to see him is more important than any label on their relationship and that he didn’t want him to be out of sight because he felt more sad,scared than being rejected. I think he went through that realisation through the whole episode,when he cried listening to the music and in the car with Bas. So now that he knows what is actually imp,he requested Teh to be in his sight and not disappear anymore no matter what he means to Teh. Its like accepting that Teh can’t like him back but that he still wishes for him to stay as ‘whoever’. So he requested it.
