yes that made me so uncomfortable and im so confused as to why nobody mentions it!! combined years Mes must be 40 right?? died as a 20y/o been dead for 20 years.. it really made me view the whole drama as a love story between a 40 year old who has liked a boy since he was 10 (?) (i know the novel may be different but from the drama it was a super weird choice)
I'm a little uncomfortable with Thun saying he liked Mes since they first met (when Thun was like what? 10? and Mes is technically around 40) and then Mes even agreeing saying he 'liked' Thun when he was a kid because he was handsome... it really made the drama more difficult to watch for me. That being said, Ohm did an amazing job acting and well done to them for winning best dramatic scene, it was well deserved <3
there is, between punn and claire. it doesn't take up too much space, and i feel like if there was much more it would damage the tone of the show a bit. there is some briefly in ep 7 but we dont talk about that ahah

definitely suggest watching season 1 first, second season literally goes over the events in such a quick pace to move on with the uncovered plot so if you jump straight into s2 i feel like you’ll lose a bit of what made it special (at least to me), i found myself skimming through a bit of the first few eps because its the same thing just rushed. this is just my suggestion and others may feel differently but i hope this helps
