The ML and FL had good chemistry. Story was overall ok, cliche. Nice romance. Didnt like the ending.

I’m also an Indian..So I can really relate to all that you said and I also faced the same confusions when I started watching C,K,T dramas. At first, I was shocked like how can they call their boyfriend “brother” because if that would have happened in India that would have been a complete gone case..LOL!
