I've watched this one ages ago, out of whim but I completely forgot the whole plot, but TODAY! Just today, my sister bingewatched this one for the first time. She watched it on our TV, so of course I was reminded by this.
However, she had the same view as me and also the same view of your review LOL.
We also really liked it from the start but it rlly fell off halfway and the plot became a hot mess for us. At some point around episodes 11 upto the finale, she just kept asking me "Why she stupid bro?"
Ngl, I honestly expected this one to have a fleshed out story but it just became repetitive near the end. I do applaud the acting skills of the leads tho, the script was just ain't it.
And I remembered not commenting on my thoughts back then cuz I was also scared that the fans might attack me for my opinion. Rlly, kudos to you, tis such a brave move.

Literally one of my favorite genres when it comes to fantasy series' are plot-driven stories.
It's not just centered on romance, but it also explores the depth of other characters and stories. Which is what I was actually looking for.
