No, he isn't. (In the manhwa, at least) The drama literally dramatized his appearence with all the BGM and camera langanges. He was more friendly, and out-going in the manhwa. They actually recognized each other really fast though. I hope the drama doesn't change too much.

In the manhwa, Jieum's brother found out about it and tried to make money out of it by telling Seo Ha. the one who ordered it was his family member. The drama has already changed so much stuff, so I think this might differ from the manhwa.
