So uhm, why does Cha Do Hyun need a psychiatrist? From my understanding of what a psychiatrist is, it should be…
I think the only realistic thing about this drama is D.I.D. exists. Everything else is embellishments, special effects and Ji Sung's brilliant acting. Love this drama.

I see what you're saying about the special effects making it more unrealistic.
I agree that it's definitely not in the supernatural category either (even though it's listed under that genre). I think they are just enhancements so the audience can get a better grasp of the character.
KMHM is shedding light on a serious subject by adding comedy, special effects, and romance to the story.
Ji Sung is doing an excellent job with each personality.

The pink suit emphasizes the personality for the audience and to make the scene funnier. It showed the audience that she's a girly girl. If they kept him in the dark suit, I don't think the scene would have been as effective. I think SeGi with the red tattoo going up his neck is for the audience too. The eyes changing colors is also for the audience and each color represents a personality so the audience knows which personality is active.
Does it show how each personality perceives him or herself? I think so, but they usually change in to the clothes of that personality. Yo Na, wasn't near any of her clothes, but if she was in a mall....

He suffers from D.I.D. When he was Yo Na, they switched from showing him in his dark colored business suit to wearing a girly pink suit with bows. Those extra things the director add in, just emphasizes the personality more; for the audience.
Who was the daughter-in-law married to when she died in the car accident with the Chairman?
Ok, I thought Do Hyun's mom was married to his dad, but they won't put her on the registry. She uses Sister-In-Law, so I thought she was married to him.
I am really enjoying this drama. I think she and the doctor perfect match, because they need and help each other. Although the detective is nice, I don't like what he did to her.
Se Gi is strong controlling personality, but he doesn't love Oh Ri Jin. He has an "l love me, I want you and nothing you do is more important than that" attitude. Cha Do Hyun has an "I love me and I can love, respect, and support you" attitude. Plus, he's the main personality and won't go around getting in trouble. Se Gi is so unpredictable that Ri Jin would have to drop everything without notice to do what Se Gi wants to do every day. She'll have to quit her job just to keep up with him. Reckless!
When I watched this drama on VIKI, I noticed that some of the scenes repeated. Then I realized that it's probably because the commercials are removed. Sometimes, dramas repeat the last scene after a commercial. With that being said, I thought it was an interesting drama because I had to keep watching it to make sure the killer was who I thought it was. I enjoyed watching.

Brilliant acting by Ji Sung!
