if i'm lowkey tired of legal drama would I like this? is there a lot of court room scenes? heavy legal blabla?
It does have some amount of courtroom scenes, but honestly, most of the cases are interrelated to each other and somehow connected to our main leads. I usually get tired getting through a lot of law dialogue too but this drama encompasses some mystery and drama (with heated tension b/w our main leads ^^).
first original thai drama, besides remakes, that i fell in love with <3 you dont really c this type of deep hate and love relationship that often. Reminded me a bit of Secret, too, with all this revenge and love tension
first time I felt so many emotions at once. this drama has it all: bromance & romance, humor, suspense, sadness. You feel a connection with all the characters. love whoever wrote and directed this!
First ep did really well setting up the plot. The OST so far is pretty good too! Wouldn't expect a business drama to intrigue me so much.
And holy cow, jun ho's character is pretty darn mysterious. Can't tell if he's good or bad sometimes. Different from "pretty, good male" roles. And he does not give off that newbie vibe at all. I didn't even realized the guy was from 2pm til I looked him up (I'm not really a huge fan). Love it.
I felt like Anna's character would've been better with a young child. I would love to see JCW to interact with a kid than with Yoona (no offense to the shippers out there). The first give episodes were good...I feel like im watching it more for Yoojin's scenes now since her character development seems more believable and realistic.
If both Yoona's switched roles later on (Madam becoming the heroine and Anna becoming the villain), that'll be such a cool plot twist. Been a long time since i've seen a charismatic female antagonist. Song Yoona's scenes with Chang Wook are so intensifying and different from other action kdramas, makes me want to root for them secretly :3
