Japanese dramas are always underrated! I completely agree with this list! Here are some others if anyone is interested: Orange Days, Lovely Complex, We Were There, Good Morning Call.

The age difference in this doesn't seem like an issue to me....I know a few couples with age gaps like this and they're perfect for each other.
Ido agree with the Itazura Na Kiss though.....Under 18 and paring up with a much older guy just seems a bit much...

I really wish I would have known the ending wasn't complete closure....If there isn't a season two I'm just going to be mad. I can't give something a high rating leaving off like this. =/ I would have rather not watched if I had known.....Be warned anyone who is thinking about starting this.

Anyone and everyone interested in watching this show, or debating watching it, PLEASE do not listen to anything alexk345 says! All they have done has bashed this show from the start, but I promise you it is not bad at all. I have not seen the ending yet so I can't say for sure what I would rate it, but so far I am enjoying it for a historical fantasy drama and I'd say it's worth the watch. Can be a little slow at times but it's not bad.

It is a historical drama, if you have not seen one before, they tend to be melodramatic. This one does not have much comedy in it.
