Today episode you can watch how lonely grandma Gam Ri is.. and her interaction with Sung Hyun just a simple human relationship but really meant the world to Grandma Gam Ri… her eyes sparkle whenever Sung Hyun turn up. The scene of her waiting by the entrance wall gate was so impactful and surreal in today world - the way one hoping that someone would turn up.
I love the friendship between Doo Shik x Sung Hyun. I just felt they are similar and kind. Both are into Hye Jin. And the challenge is Sung Hyun is being open and honest about liking Hye Jin and I love his sincerity. While Doo Shik is a bit reserved and only demonstrated it through his eyes and actions… it was painful watching him said to Hye Jin ‘please don’t go’ scene… honestly now it becomes a fair game between the brotherhood and I love both of them.
My heart hurt watching Zhe Ning and Xia Qian video call of which Zhe Ning said to her ‘I want to see you’ … Zhe Ning expression of missing Xia Qian really showed how much he love and misses her …
I love how Zhe Ning can be so cheeky but at the same time can be the guy you want to give your heart to. However the sister Ning Meng is just crazy and selfish. I love how Xia Qian is. She was never a damsel in distress. Love the part that she was willing to be with him thinking that he was bankrupt and proudly said ‘don’t worry, I got you’. That’s showed what an independent and strong minded women she is.
One have to realised that romance doesn’t equal to K***. There are many ways one can show it and ZSC aka Allen nailed it. I rather have a good quality drama instead of fans service type of drama that’s missing the plot and loss in its messaging. Of course if there are K*** scenes I would take it as an icing on the cake but I am not gonna drop a good quality drama just because - it doesn’t have the tug and tussle rolling on each other as per one read in the novel. Forever and Ever is always to me about forever and ever that would last a lifetime. It may not be perfect but it has all the quality of good drama production.
Binged to episodes 22. The drama had great contents and I enjoyed it so much. Sometimes people tend to forget that the eyes means a thousand words than anything else. Allen and Bai Lu is my all time favourites.
I love how the development of the relationship for both ZSC and SY. The time they spent together and am so glad that every episodes made us smile and the heart skipped a beat.
In today episode I would like to mentioned Mei Xing aka Crown Prince. I have given my thoughts of Crown Prince in OnO then of which as a person, what he felt for Shi Yi was someone that he loved just by looking at the painting and in FnE by looking at a distance. And in both dramas I could understand his pain and hurt. No matter what he had and would become - he had a heartbeat for Shi Yi always. Watching at the person that’s walks away….
Zhou Sheng Chen both in OnO and FnE always do things for bigger purpose…selflessness. While Shi Yi in both drama did things ONLY for him. Trust him and love ONLY him. Shi Yi is a wonderful character, I wanted her to have happiness to continue to have that positivity no matter what is the challenges. She is someone who ‘one would fall in love at first sight…’ that’s her.
Allen Ren is breaking his 'curse' just for Shi Yi, aka Bai Lu!No Kiss Policy! Who? 😂😂
He did had a kiss scene I think in ‘Miss Crow and Mr Lizard’, I think that was the first with breaking the rules. Not sure which production is first F&E Or MCML. I just love Allen Ren, the way he carries himself and he is pretty professional. His acting just one to look forward too.
I love the way the two faced all the challenges heads up. Shi Yi character is so strong and I can understand why ZSC would falls hard on her. The new OST 给你给我 is just apt.
ZSC kind and consideration anything to do with Shi Yi makes me want to smack the guy…Shi Yi go get your men fast-fast.. this kind of slow burn got me burn of waiting … unbearable (^_-)
Love it to the moon and back. Good screenwriters from Ep1 - 6. Quality cinematography and very engaging. Making one longing for more. Allen Ren and Bai Lu.. just awesome couple. Love the driver Uncle Lin… things are being unravel by the minutes…
The story line was simple.. but kind and meaningful. The simple gesture and thoughtfulness was so special. The scene of him running towards the clinic reminds me of Forrest Gump…..
