I had my fair share of love for Chinese dramas (mostly bec of Love O2O, A Love So Beautiful, and Love Me If You Dare) but it is definitely Eternal Love that made me want for more!
Do you guys have any recommendations that's intelligently written like this one but also has a satisfying (preferably happy) ending??? It doesn't matter if it's as long as EL, as long as it's VERY GOOD!!! :)
Can't help but agree on your take on Kdramas in 2017 (and early 2018). I remember watching so much early on and only finishing a few (some of which I enjoyed were I Am Not Robot, Because This Is My First Life, Go Back Couple, and Fight For My Way).
I'm not yet done with Just Between Lovers, Chicago Typewriter, Live Up To Your Name, and Avengers Social Club, but they seem very promising. A lot mystery themed dramas piqued my interest though, such as Save Me, Prison Playbook, Money Flower, Mad Dog, Circle, and (maybe) Black.
As for Jdramas, the memorable show for me was probably Million Yen Women. I probably missed some good ones but AS OF NOW, I'm getting REALLY hooked on Chinese dramas, despite of their intimidating long episodes. Although I'm no stranger to them (Love O2O and Love Me If You Dare, to name a few, belong to my All Time Favorites), shows like A Love So Beautiful and (recently watched) Eternal Love (DEFINITELY A MUST WATCH), are likely to introduce me more to its world. Truly looking forward to it!
I realized while watching I Am Not A Robot why I am lowkey fond of him...it was because he was the character in the drama that had an impact on me, in Missing You. I remember he was the villain that I've been rooting for, even after months of watching it wow
Unlike other shows with similar plot, this will not make you frustrated with the characters but rather more frustrated for being single, esp for having with no childhood sweetheart or anything
I hate saying this but I agree. I dropped too many shows this year tbh. Although I managed to finish Romantic Teacher Doctor Kim, I kind of see why anyone would drop it too. I think one of the few dramas I've enjoyed this 2017 was Because This Is My First Life!
Not exactly the same vibes but I think you would like 'It's Okay, That's Love', 'Another Miss Oh', 'Ho Goo's Love',…
I've actually already watched It's Okay That's Love, Another Miss Oh, Ho Goo's Love, and Age Youth . I've heard about Jealousy Incarnate but was warned about a possible Second Lead Syndrome, would you highly recommend it?
looking at how she got the main role in almost all of her dramas, which apparently were mostly highly rated, i must say that this woman is a queen. sending love and support, unni!
