My friend and I have watched the first two episodes of this and it hasn’t really grabbed our attention. The 9.0 rating is great, so we’re wondering if this picks up at some point? Also, are there any female characters?!?

I love slow dramas, but this is molasses. Their chemistry is actually really nice, but they’re not together enough to cancel out the academy bits that are very boring to me. I dropped it 3/4 of the way through episode 2.

That entire episode was hot asf. The way his hand kept flexing on her abdomen for starters and the timber of his voice for another and the way Shen Li just totally went for it. It was all A+ in my book!

yes!!! And I loved Back from the Brink as well. the only one that didn’t work for me was LYST.

I don’t have the patience for slow burns most of the time, but this one is doing everything right, so much so it is becoming one of my favorite dramas period!

Wtf…why is this labeled as a rom com? I haven’t seen the last episode yet, but it’s been spoiled for me. Why did they give us the poster that seemingly promised a fun, sexy relationship? As the saying goes, “I hope you’re hungry …for nothing.” Anyway, I’m glad they dealt with their issues but a romance must have an HEA for at least one of the leads or it shouldn’t be labeled as a romance. The second couple doesn’t count for me. There was zero chemistry there and I wish Bi Chwi’s character could have broken from the mold and lived independently minus a husband. For me this whole drama was a huge waste of time.

This hit the spot in so many ways! For me, one of the main things was the crazy good chemistry between all the leads! I just *knew* Kim Ji Hoon would pop off in a rom com role and he did! This was rom com gold. Rom coms have been dull as dish water for years now, but this was so fresh and fun! I did so love the fake dating and only one bed tropes, too!

I’m loving this drama and am desperate for some spoilers! Has the webtoon been translated to English? I can’t find it anywhere. 😭
