Just finished the drama. I liked the ML at first sight, I didn’t know him before. It’s so refreshing to have mature adults play roles like in this drama. Nini was amazing too! I liked her role in the rise of phoenixes so much! I can really recommend you the drama. You see how every character grows in its own way and it’s so nice to see!
I really don’t know what to think. I just finished watching. This was a great drama but the previous ones still better. I was expecting something different I think. It became a bit draggy but that was okay too. I know that DKW didn’t die as we see in the last minutes. He’s now at a quiet place where he can rest.

I don’t know what to say. I was feeling great watching it but with every episode I found more and more things I don’t like. The acting of the few ML and FL was great but the plots sometimes just had no sense at some points. It also could have been a 12-14 ep Series. The main focus at the beginning was nice, the love etc with too much eye contact if you know what I mean. But then it just took a turn from romance to political and I think that’s the part I didn’t like so much. My fantasy played games with me, i think it could have been better.

The Devil Judge was amazing too ... I like both dramas a lot but in case of Bromance the devil judge really won here. In BOE there isn't as much as I wished for it to be

You know what? I feel the same way. I think they still have their moments together just not openly. It all started with the secret her becoming a boy. Then their relationship is a secret and hidden as it evolves. Their wedding is a secret, them leaving the city to be together was hidden (just Xu knew all I of it) and now it’s again that they can’t be together like they want Ito be. It’s just a bittersweet ending. You know what got me thinking too? After he drank the “antidote” from Lang Huan it also could have been that way that it only healed the poison and not him as a whole like the physician said. So he was strong enough to survive when he became a Baixi again. So they could live and be together in some way
Wow … what did I just finish? This one is beyond awesome I can’t even describe it in words how I feel. For me this is a masterpiece like I don’t see it in a long time for this genre. To begin with the acting, everyone performed an amazing job here. The feelings and emotions have been so real. I fell for it at the first episode. And another thing to mention is the slow mow oats the right moments, the CGI and the costume!!! I didn’t see so many nice and well crafted costumes before. This one turned out to be one of my favourite C-Dramas! Thank you for this one
