it takes time to properly sub it and upload , coz it uploads at a different time for different regions , I wud suggest that you wait for 2-3 hours after the air time in korea and llok for it oon dramacool , it will probably be uploaded by then.
the sci fi stuff from the second half of the show is a turn off and it makes no frickin sense at all it is unnecessary , if they wanted to introduce this fantastical side they shud have atleast given more insight about that side and frankly it does not go well with the plot at all and I feel like it undermines the illnesses of both moms .

The last ep was actually the most grim of them all and it felt like they ended in a way that the fans cud speculate about a second season when he comes back to korea to help as semi good guy. but it may be wishful thinking on ppls part tho.
