I checked the two Return of the King and Gulong. Personally, I really like XieLian character a lot, not BL crazy ship, I just admire the character. XL is too hard to portray because he is complex and very delicate character both emotionally and physically. While reading the novel, I wonder who can pulled this character out and at that time I heard Luhan rumored a lot. For HC character, there are a lot of domineering and handsome actors, so I don’t mind. Later I thought may be Chengyi can pull this off. And they chose new faces, I accepted their visual. Then after few years, when I saw xiaohou as ZYZ, I felt like I found my XieLian. He is really suitable visually and I believe he can pull his complex character out like ZYZ.
