After rewatching ep13, i can tell this was one of the best eps. No line feels like a waste and both of them know everything now so they can love each other with a clear mind

The point of the show is that gyejeol should break kokdu's curse and free him from years of suffering. Yes i think they could start romance between them sooner but like this, it makes more sense. When couples fall for each other soon, the drama gets boring for me (maybe it's just me). It's bittersweet how both of them waited for each other for years but none of them remember it so they made a fresh and new love in this life! I wouldn't like it if they fell in love quickly just because they had a past connection. They met again and fell in love again.
Gyejeol and kokdu aren't annoying at all. They both are simple and chaotic yet so skillful in their jobs. (Kokdu killing and gyejeol saving) They have similar personality that's why they are a perfect couple.
Gyejeol being clueless makes sense. Just think you meet a man that introduces himself as God. Would you believe? 😂
second female lead was a bad person in the past but everyone deserves a second chance. Just because she was selfish in the past, shouldn't she end up with a good man now?? She is also the victim of domestic violence and suffered from her dad.
