I agree with you, I thought Mad Concrete Dreams was much better, still chaotic but at least I had someone to cheer for, I didn't like any character here which made it hard to be invested.

This film was so good! Every scene and bit of dialogue was essential, absolutely no filler.

I don't want inane action either, I definitely want a story too, it's just I wanted an action drama this time around as well. I'm watching a few more later on tonight so hopefully it will click into place for me!
