The similarities are that FL was a doctor from modern time, ugly turned beauty, had a mission from system, a handsome husband who was God of War, targeted by an envious other prince and his woman. The differences are that here the husband was forced to marry her, she was sent to spy on him, he hated the wife and her family, he didn't have a secret identity, no other men coveting her, and MR. ZHAO! ^^ This one is lighter and funnier in my opinion.

I guess since the book contains the list of the missing heir's confidantes, then Wu Chang must be one of them, which means his meeting with Su Zhuo was not coincidental at all.
Yes. A lot of cute scenes. FL actually wanted to work for the crown prince, but ML kept ruining her plans in order to keep her for himself. FL was annoyed but her "relationship" with ML eventually saved her from being suspected as the culprit of serial murders happened in the academy.
