Yes, I agree with your point that everyone has their own opinion about the dramas they watch, but sometimes I still saw there are some people who just critize without knowing or understanding the whole story , they just ... Critize 🥲, if they want to criticize some dramas, criticize it fairly, not just because they have their own sentiments or agendas

Because I still see some people just throw hate comment without explaining anything that related to the drama, sometimes they just bashed about the actors, well .. maybe they just an antis who want to drag some dramas that they dont like and burried to the ground

Personally ..... I don't really like xianxia, because most of the xianxias have a SE or BE or OE and I'm a big .. big fan of HE 😅, but TTEOTM has captivating me since ep 1, ends up with watching it until it finished and feel very pissed though when I watch the ending haha , What I like the most about this drama is TTJ's character development. It's like from zero to hero even though everyone doesn't know that he was saved the world.

but still for me despite its many flaws in that drama,and how draggy the storyline sometimes, TTEOTM is still one of the best xianxia dramas I've ever watched.

Ah no..no..didn't mean to "accuse" you of not liking TTEOTM 😅, TTEOTM still has flaws and a lot of plot holes because of the new regulation in C-ent and sometimes I feel exhausted of seeing their love-hate relationship too plus I'm sure there are so many dramas that are better than TTEOTM

What I want trying to say is that every drama has its own plus minus or , positives and negatives point, so it's better if we don't judge or compared any dramas just because we feel that dramas is too boring or just so so or too overrated (And this statement including for me too 😅)

Also hope that we all have a healthy discussion , still just dont get it why there's still some people still throw hates or giving a bad commet only because they dont like the ending or hate the actors or the storyline is just not like what they want 🥲 (I mean for every dramas, not only TTEOTM)

Haha yeah I know, but still , I can't stand it to see some people give a lower rating just because they hate the ending or just some hater / antis 🥲

although they have the same genre, like xianxias, I think they have their own uniqueness and we as viewers, Sometimes we have to feel attracted with the drama that we've watch, if you know what I mean 😅,

like you love LBFAD... but I stop to watching it after 2- 3 ep, not because the story or the actor is not good (I love Dylan wang since in Meteor Garden btw haha), but because I dont get that "feeling" when watching it😅,

I dont know about the others, but I will never said that LBFAD (or any other dramas that I'm not watching or like it) is overrated or dull or draggy or mediocore, I'm not watch it just because LBFAD it's not my kind of drama even though that drama is Xianxia too

Couldnt agree more, for me this is the darkest xianxia I've ever watched, the story is complex, complicated and heavy that you have to think twice to understand the story.

We are forced to see the story from the "villain's" pov, evil being good and good being evil, but I like this unique plot, because it is very rare for xianxias or wuxias to brings the stories like this. That's why this one is one of my fav dramas ever 😄

originally TTEOTM shd be have 56 instead of 60 and it cut down into 40 eps, maybe if Youku still released of full 56 ep I think we have a satisfactiom closure

And I think one of message of this drama is about how someone who heartless .. gradually becomes someone who is willing to sacrifice themselves to make the world peaceful, that everyone has the ability to change and become a better person, and no matter how dark their life path is there always be a light of shine , Because from what I see TTJ has the most tragic life among ML in other dramas 😅

Yes, they really have a toxic relationship at the first time and it's clearly not true love, if you already watch TTEOTM, and pay a little attention to the drama,then you should know, TTJ has no emotions since his birth because he's a devil fetus, he doesn't know what sadness, fear or love is, all he does to do is copy what XL does, Then he met a "new" YXW, who guarded him whenever he was on the verge of death and kept watching and care foe him without him knowing YXW's true intentions, so he became obsessed with YXW, perhaps at that time he also did not know what he really felt, he just wanted YXW belong to him and keep her only for him, after the arc dream, maybe that's the first time TTJ have a feeling for her and when YXW dies he realize that he trully love her and he will do anything to keep her save and the world that she love even if he have to sacrifies him self

And as for YXW, who had just seen all her sect and her father killed by TTJ and she have to travel back time to met TTJ with her status of his wife plus she had to keep TTJ from dying so that DG would not appear into the world ... with so much pain and hattred that YXW has, I dont think YXW could be fall in love with TTJ, but instead in the end... She really love TTJ with all her heart , that I think they have a true love in that moment

I think the goodness still will always win against the darkness in the end 😁

But then again ...Everyone has their own perspective, honestly I don't like OE or BE , despite there are still flaws and plot holes, I think TTEOTM's story is different from other xianxias, we are forced to see and understand the story from the dark side of a person and for me..this is one of the best xianxia I've ever seen

I like how NH portrayed TY, the fallen dragon, who lost everything and was betrayed by someone he loved, he was cold, quiet, yet he cared for YH although he want just to use YH to get his missing body parts in the first place

And it's just so cute and adorable how TY always does what YH says even with his cold face, this couple is so cute together!

I really hope this drama have a HE 🥲

Haha sometimes it's a little bit exhausted to see their love-hate relationship, but it will get better in the following episodes 😅

This happened because there is a new rule in C-ent that requires each drama to only have a max of 40 eps, that's why TTEOTM had to cut the 56 episodes to 40.

Maybe if Youku aired full all 56 eps, TTEOTM's story would not be rushed like this and everything will get satisfaction closure , And yes maybe There's still some parts that draggy, but overall, I think TTEOTM is one of the best dramas I've seen, I don't know next, because this drama has just finished, but I haven't found any new drama that as captivating as TTEOTM yet

That's why for me, I think TTEOTM deserved get a higher ratings than 8.8 ☺

Why did the ratings drop again?, this drama deserved the higher rating more than 8.7 😥, I think the ending is not too bad, I pissed at the first time I saw hows the ending is because I expect the ending has the same with the novel was, but then after awhile... I think the ending ended beautifully for both TTJ and LSS

But it seems that those who give lower ratings are not people who like this drama. maybe it's just the hater .. 😥

Ooh ... So the shifu knew all along that the heart protection scale is from tian yao and knew that it would save yan hui from her heart disease, but maybe it will explain at next ep 😅, thanks ! 😄

I think it was TTJ who fell in love with YXW first and YXW protected TTJ from dying just so DG wouldn't show up, they have a love - hate relationship and I think YXW realized she also loved TTJ when she was back in the immortal world as LSS.

The story is getting more interesting, although I'm still not used to seeing creatures in this drama 😯, but I think I've missed something here... how Yan hui can get the heart protective scalw hat was thrown by tian yao, does she get heart protective scale when she still unborn ?

I'm planning to watch it again too, but this time only until ep 35, Trying to get amnesia to only remember that TTEOTM only have 35 eps haha

Same here, I try to watch other new drama , but still for me TTEOTM still best of the best and finally I stop watching that new drama, need break for a couple days to start watching again 😅

Well if you like HE, I think you have to really stop at 35 😅, because from ep 36-40 it's reallh full of angst, sorrow and sadness 🥲, because they have OE
