I felt the opposite. the first episode was alright. the 2nd was better. the only thing I didn't like is her character is overly silly and less assertive.
many say no to rich handsome leads. that's nothing new. she has her reasons. 1 she read the book and her new friend is supposed to be with the prince. 2. she repeats that she wants to remain a side character 3. after being in a modern world and knowing the life of royalty, who would want to be a princess? that's a life sentence
the prince will carry the series for me. ep2 was funny FL, was silly funny (which I'm not a fan of), she isn't an idiot. but her lack of willingness to offend the high and mighty is bothersome for me.

yeh it usually starts where I left off if I'm in the middle of an episode. but if I've watched the whole episode it restarts the episode instead of going to the next episode. FireTV and VIki, and WeTV do not work well together. Voice command for both apps don't work. I I say Alexa ff 5 minutes, it says I'm not quite sure how to help you with that... 😂

everything about the drama is twisted but only one thing I can't accept is YouYou, being so useless. She is so useless, I don't care about character development, I just want her gone.

but for someone who never read the novel the first episode wasted 30 minutes on introductions, have 1 very detailed experience and just filled the remaining time with blah.
I'll keep watching because it was at least interesting and the cast did a good job. the storytelling failed in my opinion.
