i haven't heard of Flame. I will check it out. I am watching Eternal Brotherhood now. Have you watched it?

I thought she was fine. if there was anything wrong it wasn't her acting but the role that was written. many people are fans of actors and not fans of dramas in whole.

I found her acting great for her character. I think people confuse character makeup for acting. she acted according to her character. I thought she played the role perfectly.

I also agree with Deidre many people are fans of people more than they are fans of the drama itself.

I think everyone was cast perfectly for this series. I enjoyed it for what it is.

😂 now time to move on to the next one.

that whole amnesia mess was unnecessary. such a waste of time. they could have filled that in with Lidi, what happened to his pregnant first wife, and dealt with the criminal they let go, Zhao"s assistant. or even the emperor thanking them for cleaning his palace and saving his life.

They ruined it for me in the last episode by using one of the lamest tropes ever. half of episode 24 was unnecessary

I watched 18 with subs on VIki. I watched 19-24 raw... 😂

I dropped out at Bai Xi gēgē #233. Every 3 sentences she is saying Bai Xi gēgē. I couldn't take it...

I'm glad VIki made it 8 - 30 minute videos. just starting so far so good with the exception of an adult with a childish voice (pet peeve)

the first thing I noticed was the childish voice and I assumed she would be childish. why do they do this to femal characters. it's not cute. they never have silly, childish men with child voices.

there are a few laughable moments but nothing hilarious

this series failed it's own potential. the intro to the season gave this series a great start. then it dropped from there. they should try this again.

but it was good. but it could have been better.

I prefer cdrama over kdrama. it helps me keep my sanity. kdramas can be very depressing. I love both but cdramas are lighter to watch
