Da Min is delusional and complacent. She didn't hold her people account for their wrongs even when she knew Ouyang was innocent. That made her character unlikable for me. .How can she expect to share love with a man after her people killed his closest confidants.

I think this fell short because they tried to get everything in these 8 episodes. it wasn't rushed but it was crunched.
FL turned out to be a disappointment 😔 lol, actually everyone turned out to be a disappointment 😥😔😥
however the show was good, just not what was expected. I liked that it had a different story to tell than what we are used to. but I feel they needed another 4 episodes to tell a complete story.
