Thankyou for your summary. Seeing YD with blood dripping down her leg was heartbreaking. That triggered so many memories personally. My first was born 8 weeks prem, I was in hospital for almost a month due to threatened miscarriage that eventually had them stopping labour a few times in the last week.

It's been in the subs quite a few times now. Thanks for the cultural info, I hadn't realised that. I kinda sorta got the title and name thing but not pronouns. The subs for Inok in particular have had her saying male pronoun for Real a few times.
