Good luck! I hope you enjoy it 💖💕The romance here is slow burn, flirty, teasing, bickering, joking, supporting and relying on each other mentally, emotionally and psychologically. Protecting and ready to sacrifice your life for each other. Its not romance focused drama where 1 fl and 1 ml get 100% of the storyline, focus and are invested in chasing each other forever etc. This couple has deep understanding and reliance on each from the beginning to the end. This story is shared between 7 main actors. 2 mls, 2fl, 2 supporting characters and LL villian/hero. It has storyline that demands teamwork to fulfill the certain objectives/goals. If this kind of romance is not your cup of tea then that's fine too because the drama is not fully romance based but more of story based. The story of the drama is unique and brilliant!👍💯

He was extremely lonely, dejected, so worn out that he didn't want to live anymore. Yet he had to stay alive as he was the vessel for the world'smalicious energy. She made a way into his heart and made him want to live simple human life with her. This is so moving. I'm glad ZYZ atleast got to love someone who loved him back as deeply as him💕🤧

I understand you are entitled to your own opinion but I don't understand where you are coming from.
Wen Xiao the goddess is not supposed to be physically strong or powerful as a demon character. She is supposed to depict more of human side without any powers. Sure she has the baize token without it her magical power is limited but she still has other human powers. She is very eloquent, smart, brave, bold, wise and emotionally intelligent character who touches human and demons' hearts. At the same time she is touched by and understands demon struggles, worries and their stories. Her character is in extremely difficult spot as she has to maintain fine balance between demons and humans, protect both and accept both. Treat both kinds with justice and empathy and ends up offending both sides at times. For a human girl showing human physical strength Ms Pie is already there and doing incredibly good job.
In terms of achievements, here are few of amazing things WX did. She fought for demons and humans justice. She understood demons and put effort in protecting them even when she didn't know how to use the token in the beginning. No one else did that everyone including ZYC, PS, BJ hated demons and didn't care about their lives. she consoled ZYC when he lost his family and brought him back from depths of depression and misery. What ZYC became was because she gave him mental and emotional strength. She taught PS how to be open minded towards demons. She learned to trust her brother and ZYZ. She learned to be open hearted to her brother. WX had heart to heart talk with YL when he felt lost between shouldering his reponsibilty of guarding the mount kunlun or pursuing his dreams of being chef. When is wanted to stay at bureau to be a cook, only she asked him to join the group on a journey to help this lonely Mountain God make friends. She became anchor for ZYZ while he was drowning in guilt and pain. Everyone pointed fingers at him and called him evil while she understood and saw his good way before anyone else. She made him want to live a happy life after 34000 years. This was no easy feat. She repaired the bai ze token painstakenly waiting patiently for 300 years She saved the dying wilderness, a home very dear to ZYZ and LL. Without her all demons and mountain gods(who protect the entrance of wilderness: kunlun mountain ) were doomed. Then in the end she had to accept death of her beloved ZYZ in order to save the humans. She used her power to purify them. If she didn't help all humans would have died too. How strong hearted, willed and independent a person has to be to do that. I would like to know who else could have done this.
Now, compared to what others achieved IMHO her achievements were quite significant too. I would also like to highlight she is not supposed to be fluffy loving fl or incredible hulk! or superb martial artist (ZYC and PS and her brother would loose their jobs) or super magical being even if she is a goddess her powers are specific not unlimited 😆 (ZYZ and LL will loose their jobs) also remember there are 4 main leads (2 mls and fls) here and 2 supporting role if we count LL as main role 7 main people sharing and running the story. They all had to share the limelight and time of the drama ( which is done magnificiently). Like common romance dramas ZYZ and WX don't get 100% of the focus and time of drama to shine (because this was not the point of this drama)
At one point she said that she was weak but you have know what weakness was she referring to. That she was unable to save her loved one( she was being hard on herself). From this point of view PS was weak because she couldn't save her brother. Then ZYC was weak because he couldn't save his dad, brother, his friend ZYZ or BJ. YL was weak he couldn't save his Grandfather. BJ was weak because he couldn't stop his mom from turning into tree. Does it make sense? Its redicilous to judge someone as being weak just because they weren't able to save their beloved family or lover or friend.
Just so you know I have never watched Dudu's drama before. So this is my first time seeing her, she made me respect her as an excellent and extremely professeional actress. She potrayed the character impeccably.
