I'm not a parent yet, but I can see myself in their shoes already. Just imagine what you can do for your beloved blood sibling, and then multiply it by your soul. For example, can you agree for him or her marry just for love to a struggling partner? Considering all the struggles you know and your experiences from life. Now imagine it's your KID. I usually hate it when parents from dramas show this kind of behaviors, but I'm not sure if I will be any better.
The only thing I wish is to have a kid who understands. Such a kid will be able to come up with a way that works out for both, without ever holding something to his or her parent. That's how I plan to raise my kids.
