I am super late in asking this, but can someone explain the difference between a Marquis and a General? I am doing…
Marquis is a nobleman, they hold much higher prestige and could potentially be related to the royal family. General is a military ranking, does not have be related to nobility. XZ's status of a marquis comes from his prestigious family status, whereas General is merit he earned in the military
The fact that the director didn't know TXW's strength makes me wonder if they were signed to this project before…
I think the host asked how the director decided on the cast/team and he jokingly said the company. It doesn't sound like he was involved with the casting
So from the plot, I'm assuming this might be similar to those vertical dramas, where the main girl has a substitute…
TXW plays dual characters, one of them is good and the other villain. They were both swapped at birth I believe. The plot is completely different than the novel
Not sure if anyone else watched the first half of ZLH snd TXW's interview with the director , it had some super cute moments of our leads, the way they interact is so natural πππ€. But the interview revealed some insights from the director
- the way he imagined the leads for the drama does not match ZLH and TXW's visuals, cause he thinks they're way too pretty and said they look like manga characters - he had a stereotype that pretty girls are physically weak and he was very surprised by TXW's strength - referencing the tangerine candy kiss scene, ZLH and TXW were actually very relaxed and comfortable with the scene as they were just chit chatting with TXW laying on top of ZLH but then the director suddenly made a joke that the mood changed when their managers walked in. They all broke out laughing π€£π€£π€£. [Its basically an open secret that their managers don't get along π€£π€£]
The post "D" date by the lake is really sweet. All the marquis had to do was sweet talk and grill fish for his wife and then smoothly put his arm around herππ€
okay iβm all for a female empowerment drama but when the FL who has no formal training aside from what her father…
This is not a 60 episode drama, they can't dedicate 5-10 ep just to show her train, she already has the foundation to fight as shown since ep1, XZ actually trains her how to hone her skills cause he knows she has no battlefield combat experience
seriously, i do believe their magical chemistry can only work under the directive eyes of the Director of this…
I don't agree, chemistry cannot be fully captured on lenses if its not actually there. You can only make something out of nothing to a certain extent, I agree the director's artistic vision helps elevate the visuals on screen but there is only so much slow mo and close ups can do. ZLH and TXW's chemistry is peak for me and that's because they are playing convincing roles of being in love, every glance and nuance is telling.
Let's vote! If they get to collab again, would you rather another costume or modern? π€ while I like costume…
OMG we think alike, I was thinking something like a modern day thriller with TXW as like a mafia's boss daughter and ZLH as like the cop thats suppose to arrest her and then π₯π₯π₯π₯ happens hahah
I'm going to keep manifesting it here for Zhang Ling He and Tian Xi Wei to RECOLLABORATE for a modern or another…
Let's vote! If they get to collab again, would you rather another costume or modern? π€ while I like costume esthetics, they have the visuals for a hot modern couple
