After the time gap when she returns,he sees her as an enemy and bullies her.. Starts getting amused by her antics, feels interested, starts getting jealous, starts low key-bullying-flirting-teasing, probably last two episodes is where he realizes his romantic feelings towards her,..A lot of episodes were spent showing the gradual change in Arthit's heart. Only his mouth was not in sync with his heart
I think when Arthit's misunderstanding that she has come back to create problems for him gets quashed,his feeling start shifting towards love..
