As I said, I haven't watched any eps yet to this Drama, so I didn't know about those details that you mentioned & why that plays a big part of most likely chosing Gai Cass in this Drama, which I don't have a problem with her playing the part & look forward to seeing how all goes whenever I do at somepoint to watch this Drama series. Hehe, I know we all have our different views of who we think is more prettier than someone else, so I totally get your opinion about Janice Wu being prettier than those Actresses I mentioned. For me, I think most Actors & most Actresses & people in general have their own individual beauty, so it didn't come to my mind who was more prettier, hehe. Hello! I haven't seen any episodes to this yet but I always thought of two Actresses that had a similar likeness to Janice Wu, which were - Charlene Chen, who I think has a SLIGHT resemblance but more so when I saw the C-Drama - "Flipped" then in comparison to when I saw her in "Cheat My Boss" [ altho the Pic profile here on MDL, it's hard to see that slight resemblance]. Charlene is also the same age as Janice, just like Gai Cass. Even tho, I think Charlene's height maybe 1 inch shorter than Janice, tho, but It would be nice to see Charlene play a sister with Janice in a Drama.
Then, when I saw the Actress- Zhang Ruo Nan in the C-Drama -"Love Is All", I thought she has more of a stronger resemblance to Janice, where she can play her twin or a younger sister... Z. R. Nan is 4 years younger than Janice but she can still pull it off to play her Twin sister & plus, she's the exact same height as Janice too. O, well, hopefully someday in the future MAYBE as a possibility, I'll get to see either of those 2 Actresses play in a Drama together with Janice Wu. Anyways, I'll have to check this Drama out at some point soon ; )

It really helps me alot to know if I should give this a shot or not to watch. On YouTube, YO YO English Channel is releasing eps with Eng Subs but under their description, they tagged Horror to this Drama & for me, I'm not into watching straight out Horror Dramas or Horror Movies. I do like Thriller Dramas & Movies but from my Viewpoint, I never saw Thriller the same as Horror & I like Suspense Mystery, Psychological, Crime, etc.!
So, coming on MDL, where I noticed there's nothing tagged with saying Horror, I was relieved in a way but still skeptical since YO YO Eng Ch. is saying something a little different & still w/the same summary plot description that is mentioned here but I wanted to get more honest thoughts from somebody who has watched more than what YO YO's Ch. delivers for those of us that are relying to watch this w/Eng Subs!
Anywho, your comment here makes me want to go ahead & give this Drama a shot to see it ,since it doesn't sound like it's Horror. It may have some twists & thriller/suspenseful turns but maybe not exactly like Horror.

Yeah, You got that Right!! A person like that is not even worthy to be called a "Friend", since she's farthest of what the definition of what a True Friend is! It TRULY SUCKS BIG TIME that the Writer to this CDrama Remake version didn't change at least that part, where it would of been nice & made sense that the F. Lead doesn't continue being friends with that Selfish despicable fool!!! Because if not, I really think this is the same type of storyline, since the Korean Actor, Kim Myung Soo, who plays in this CDrama, is also in that KDrama but just in the opposite role of playing the mysterious cat role! So even tho, that KDrama isn't this CDrama but it has pretty much the same similar storyline as this does in a way!
