Let’s talk about the ending. First off, it was very out of character for Xiao Dou to just attack the carriage like that without properly confirming the passengers. It was way too easy for them to escape. The tyrant deserved less than his ending. Finally, THAT’S IT?!!! 36 episodes and we get a dash towards the door?!!! My take on this is.. they did not do justice for some of the great characters such as Qin Kai, Yun Lang and Chen Mo.
Instead of focusing on dumb plots and copying+paste from Forever Love, they should’ve either taken out the pointless love triangle or make it more believable. Second lead was introduced as a great character for amazing development and suddenly, he was done. His story side tracked and he was never even there enough to develop as a love interest. Qin Kai's character was so much more interesting than the main lead.
Yun Lang and Chen Mo- our subtle BL couple. Suddenly, they appeared and became part of the main squad with dialogues here and there but again, no real development! Their story was so interesting and cute but just jabbed here and there without real content. Ugh! It was beyond frustrating.
I keep forgetting Win is rich, RICH! All this nonsense angst, even though we know they're end game. These guys…
They should’ve been rolling in Win’s money, grow their own damn broccoli farm and live happily ever after by now. Those broccoli could’ve been dipped in gold. GOLD.

2. Johnny’s patched pants are what caused the earthquake, it disrupted the seismic balance of space and time
3. When in doubt, don’t just give someone the cold shoulders, go ahead and lock them in a freezer.
