how is the novel compared to the drama?
The costume drama (One and Only) is different from the book by a lot. The book only have a small portion of it in the past anyway but the modern drama (Forever and Ever) are almost like the book.

They were releasing so many episodes before why they slowed down? They need to stay on a steady schedule. It's just weird how it was all over the places. Is this normal for Chinese dramas? I usually don't watch drama when they are currently airing. I usually start 6 months to 1 year after it aired.

I usually can't with these kind of ending and refused to watch them. I give this one a try because of the sequel "Forever and Ever". It was so sad but I end up loving it so much. They did so well at portraying their characters. This became one of my favorite Cdrama.
