So they can concentrate to their career. They still can talk to each other even they live apart. Some of my friends were same situation as Pat and Pran ( went to study aboard ). They are still very young.

I think they will because Pran loves Pat since high school . He did not have any relationship for those years. Pat is deeply in love with Pran and very strong will. Their parents eventually will give them their bless because Pran's mom will feel guilty that she hurts Pran (growing not like other kids) and Pat's father will relend to compensate for his bad deed. Importantly, both of them are really love their children . Their happiness are them.

I think they know that until their parents make peace with each other, they can not have open relationship without hurting their family. They are breaking up to prevent any unnecessary further fight between two families. On the other hand, their love for each other still hold deep in their heart and it is growing with time until the date they can be officially together ( my opinion).
