there is a love triangle but that's really bland not a serious one but second lead makes the drama even more comedic that's how it goes. and yes it's a happy ending ofcourse.

hahah it's like don't judge a book by it's cover . may be try watching first 2 episodes it doesnt even have 1 hour long episodes just 30 minutes . it's actually a feel good drama , every episode will leave you smile at the end .

then i think i should give it a try . for me hospital dramas needs to have some romance and love other wise i just feel like they are looking after their patients and doing some very dangerouse operations or someone from the cast having a big disease so it feels something's missing . so even a side couple would light up a hospital drama .that's just what i feel no offence to others.

ofcourse everyone doesn't need romance but how did u even categorized us as crazy for romance, there's a girl and there is a boy who are male and female leads and ofcourse there is a burning chemistry . can't we even expect romance in there ?
