I was really hoping for Aoey and Mhok to reconcile...... but instead Aoey is still alone, left behind by everyone and with a sugar daddy who gives him money for his time and a few jobs so he can survive. I don't think he was such a bad person to deserve all of this. I think he deserved to be forgiven and to start all over again and learn from his mistakes.
Aoey needed a happy ending. Yes, he was mean to the protagonists, but he was sad for the whole series. No one cared for him, only Mhok did, and they were not even given a chance.
