I dislike some tropes and annoying elements like love triangles, but this one has two other things that I hate more...

You are not wrong about that...

While that is true, I have been disappointed often with the latest shows with only some exceptions

A show like "Alchemy Of Souls" with this same exact schedule would still have success because of the cliff hangers alone. I have my complaints about that one, and quite annoying at that, but still, I think works to make my point.

Considering how important the screentime distribution is in a K-Drama, you may think that they would be smarter and develop more the main plot with more events, character development and even side stories (like the sisters), but it seems that some people like to torture themselves which is why we still get stupid love triangles sucking so much time out of only 16 hours...

I can't argue with that... the only thing she has on her favor is that she is the main female lead, which is the only reason why she has two virgin guys saving themselves exclusively for her to love her forever and ever ...

This is classic. This is to blame their break up on somebody different than themselves. However, it is still true that they broke up because of him, which "in a romance story" makes him (automatically) one of the "villains", at least on the romance side. The writers are to blame, and it is sad, but he is definitely unfair and extremely rude towards a whole family when they are not guilty of anything.

I was numb by the writers going in circles so much for more than 10 episodes now that I lost some of my common sense, because this is all true! I still believe the dad should heal and forgive, or forgive and heal. However, I have to agree about how they make the FL suffering like is the greatest and worst disaster ever when it does not even compare not only to ML, his father or her mother; it doesn't even compare with her own sisters suffering. This is not to say that what she is going through is an easy thing, but is most definitely not even close to anyone else's suffering but for her assistant and cheating boyfriend...

Shows should never feel like a chore...

I stopped at episode 9, but plan is to watch episode 9 and episode 10, and fast forward/skip through episodes 11, 12 and 13 for my own sanity... lol

I hope to find someone that creates a recap of episodes 10 to 13, or I'll just have to fast forward and skip through those episodes and start watching on episode 14 which seems to be the episode where things fall into place again.

I had this show on hold since episode 9 because of the mess they have now, but it seems it will be safe to watch again after next episode is out...

I think people wouldn't care as much about the airing schedule if their wait time was rewarded with a good plot and storytelling, instead of an overpowered villain with one of the worst plans ever! Think about it, let's say he succeeds, what does he really get out of it... just saying.

I know right... they made us wait to episode 9 for something to actually happen between the leads instead of just teasing, which was for nothing because ML couldn't care less that she could turn into a dog, just to (in less than two episodes) break them apart and have FL lose her memory over one of the more nonsense villain that has existed in Dramaland in the last year... The wait and the time spent in a drama should bring a reward, not a smack to the face reminding you what a waste of time it has been... lol

Yes, that's what I am afraid of... it all depend on the writers now because it could go either way. I am sure he will confess but the timing couldn't be worse. While I don't see any possibility of Sam Dal accepting his feelings, she could either be overwhelmed by everything that's happening a d his confession on top of that which could destroy all efforts ML has done so far, or, she could just be nice, reject him and deal only with the issue with ML and his dad. I hope it is the second option and she just rejects him nicely and we can get some healing and progress for the main lead's relationship; nobody has more time to waste on Sang Do delusions... we deserve at least the remaining episodes with the main leads finally dating...

I don't remember, but I can give you an spoiler and tell you if they break up or not...

I just don't understand why people keep shipping a second male lead, when the main leads are always meant to be together! However, I have never been able to watch this because I hate love triangles and as far as I know she even kinda dates SML for some time in this one, and that's a no no for me.

This show is one of the reasons why I developed my hate for Love Triangles..!
