I was getting upset with the lack of motivation for a lot of things in this show, but then I remembered that this is a rom-com, and an old one, so you are not supposed to take the plot or villains seriously

Hola! The only way for me to watch this drama is skipping the very uncomfortable episodes that consisted on the stupidity of the male lead, the "selfless" secondary male lead and the classic female lead that uses other people to run away from romance...

Of course this has a love triangle! and a huge one!

Yes, and they are only forgiven because they get a free pass just because they are the ML. Take for example many others C-Dramas where the Lead literally humiliate the FL, but some people are Okay with that because he is the ML.

Somebody in the thread pointed to an specific example when he is watching her in the library, and I have to accept that it was an odd behavior.

The ML gets a free pass for many things in all dramas, but this one is not the case in my opinion. I respect your opinion though.

I do not feel he was creepy. He was just pursuing her. He never stalked her or force himself into her. He would show and propose things and she would accept.

Definitely! Something that makes this drama "great" is the lack of toxicity and shameful or abusive behavior from the ML.

I do agree with a lot, but I still love this drama, even when I recognize that the plot is lacking, the FL acting is lacking and her character is weak even though they try to make it perfect, but not as perfect as the godly ML... and the shows gets super boring by the finish line, but I think it has to do with the lack of plot on the FL side.

There are three reasons why I love this one:
1. One of my first C-Dramas, and first Drama without break-ups for the main leads.
2. The videogames element.
3. The leads winning against every issue.

My complain about the FL is similar. She is not good kissing, and even though they sold us the FL like a perfect kid, she quickly becomes a follower and falls behind the super exaggerated ML.

I am sure that the reasons why you do not like this one are the same reasons why other people love it! but I agree that there are a lot of things that could have been "executed" better. This is a "fluffy" drama, so it is not supposed to get too much drama when it comes to romance, but I agree that they could have used more company issues and at least one loss or two instead of making the ML a "God"...

I have been curious about this one. I should watch it.
