At least ML showed 2FL her boundaries, while FL ... well .. yeah exactly..
On the other hand, you are right. It doesn't matter how bad the other guy is, people will ship him or any other guy with FL. A good example is Strong Girl Namsoon.

It is also true that even in the event that the other girl is an angel and a perfect match for ML in everything, he will set boundaries and reject her as many times as required, and even go out of his way to make it clear to FL that he is not with her (only for FL to act like she knows better and get her own conclusions, sometimes even disregarding ML and trusting what, literally, anyone else would say instead).

This is so true!! All of the men falling in love with FL usually are perfect bachelors that would give their lives for the girl, and push all other girls away, but these female leads keep all of the guys close regardless, and the second female leads are often evil, manipulative, conceited, selfish and so...

This is one very important reason why I don't understand why writers think it is a good idea to introduce these love triangles in K-dramas that go from 8 to 20 episodes.

Why, in a story that is all about the romance between the main leads they decide to waste half or sometimes more of the episodes with another character interacting with one of the leads with the sole purpose introducing misunderstandings.

People will say that it is fine since she doesn't like him, but by all means they might be dating at that point when they spend so much time together. Writers like to treat us like idiots with this, but they literally design couple moments to happen with FL and SML in this and many other dramas.

I wish writers use more often a proper plot, character development or even villains to avoid reusing the annoying love triangle just to waste time and make it to X number of episodes...

This is very true! I have seen people claiming in many shows that there is no love triangle only because the girl does not like the other guy back, but a love triangle is complete the moment that two are interested in and no reciprocity is required. Besides, one the of biggest issues of these kind of love triangles is that for the same reason that the girl does not see him in a "romantic light", she will spend astronomically big amounts of time with this guy and will even go out "in an innocent outing" that by all means is a date.

Love triangles should be kept short and should only exist to advance the plot or for character development, but instead we get a guy getting too close with girl only to increase our frustration because we know who she is meant to be with... And haven't even gotten into all the misunderstandings and dragging that this cause, because the girl prefers to stay close to this other guys instead of making things clear because that's how much they care about our MLs... Just saying...

in which ep main lead starts dating? any break up? if any then in which ep they get back together? and any annoying…
I only started watching this, but did some research before I decided to watch this. It seems like the main leads get back together after meeting in the present at the end of episode 7 and they don't break up ever again. Some people claim that there is no love triangle, but I disagree since there is one girl that is an old friend of FL, and cause or has knowledge of the misundertanding that made them break up in the past, and it interested in ML; on the FL side there are at least two guys, one is the nurse or something at the school and another one is another teacher that gets to spend a lot of time with her to the point that everyone think they are dating or something... I think it is still worth watching, but I am only on episode 1. Best of luck.

Classic Dramaland... the girl keeps all the guys close even after confession in some dramas, but ML has no right to be upset. On the other hand, if ML has a long lost cousin is the worst. One way or the other, it is up to the ML to humiliate himself to get the chance to have an audience with the queen...

They miscast the male lead. Zero chemistry and with this cast its surprisingly boring
This drama needs several changes... I liked this male lead in other dramas, but he feels out of place in this one. Besides the many other things that must be changed, this needs an actual plot and/or villain, better writing, better script, better development and so much more...

Why is anyone surprised? For past few years Kdrama romances are all about FL having sex lot of menandthe ML saving…
It is the sad reality... We don't judge the female lead for having a past, but it is unfair and unbalanced. We watch romance for the romance between the main leads, but instead we get a poor male lead that has been waiting since forever and when his time arrives he has to beg like she is doing him a favor. This happens in this kind of plot, but many others as well where the girl is a regular girl, but the male lead and the annoying second male lead and many more just fall in love with her and are willing to sacrifice their souls for her, while her male lead being a perfect bachelor has to compete even after getting the girl because the other guys feel like they have the right to intrude and even more the girl keeps them close for some stupid reason...

Surprise... surprise... it seems like I was right when I was commenting about this one before it was aired... another one where the guy has been a simp for the girl for 10 years or so, and the girl just abandoned everyone one day and even fell in love and went out with other guys, but she comes back because something went wrong not because of love... more love triangles and several episodes for the female lead to "realize" or "recognize" that "she has been in love with him all this time", which will make no sense since I don't think she was loving him when she abandoned him or was getting "things done" with other men... but hey! let's hope there is character development at least, lol.
